This 23rd-24th September I was at the Food Festival in Prague, attending as the Chef of El Quim de la Boqueria offering my specialties. The attendees were able to eat and drink specialities from Spain and South America, attend to shows and seminars, as well as enjoying cultural activities (music and dance).

Del dia 8 al 15 de febrer de 2011 he estat a la Xina com a xef convidat pel Restaurant Migas de Pekin. Vaig compartir cuina amb el xef Aitor Olabegoya, on vaig estar fent el menú de cuina de mercat que faig al Quim de la Boqueria. Va ser una gran experiència! El menú que vaig preparar va ser: Aperitius: carxofes fregides, bomba de la Barceloneta i empanada de carn. Entrant: ous amb xipirons. Primer plat: bacallà amb samfaina i muselina de alberginia fumada. Segon plat: Mandonguilles amb bolets. Postres: Pastís de l'àvia. |
