Català de l'any
In 2009 I had the honor of being one of the invited chefs to prepare a tasting for 500 guests at the "Català de l’Any 2009" Award, from "Grupo Zeta". 
The dish that I prepared for this occasion was beef cheek with "orejones" and cardamom on a bed of iberics. That night was also awarded the Catalonian that, by popular vote, was considered with more merits during that year, and the winner was:
